Doping Protocols

LBSC will be responsible for informing each squad swimmer in the following ways regarding Drug Testing Procedures & medication declaration

1. UK Sport “Drug Testing Procedure” leaflet to be included in each Welcome Pack, which is given to each new swimmer that starts our squad session training.
2. Statement in Welcome Pack (page 4) informs swimmers/parents of their responsibility regarding this subject & why it is important to understand it is part of our sport.
3. Medication Declaration Form available from ASA web site  (direct link from our club web site) & also from us directly in paper form (please ask your session manager for this if needed). This will enable all swimmers to list any medication taken long term & forward to ASA. Notice displayed on noticeboard & also dincluded in the policy section of  the club website www.lb-sc.com reminding swimmers/parent of this.
