Land Training will start again in the New Year on
Sunday 8th of January at 6:10 pm
in the Dance Studio at Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre
These will run with 7 sessions until 19 February, then
Sunday 4th March and 18th and 25th March making 10 in total (the
Beds County Championships are on Sundays 26th February and 11th March).
If you want to improve your fitness prior to the
Bedfordshire County Championships,
this is your opportunity!
Sessions can only be run if a minimum of 15 people sign up!
Costs will be no more than £3 per session and the 10 sessions must be paid for in advance
